It is important that you provide as much detail as possible including any prior searches and the results to present the researcher with a full picture. This will save you money too, as the researcher can evaluate the prior findings rather than repeat previous work.

Clients buy time in two-hour lots at AUD35 per hour. At the conclusion of this time the client will receive a carefully prepared report with recommendations for further research plus an account for any expenses. To continue the research to the next stage you simply pay the account plus the amount recommended for further work. This process means you remain in control of the program throughout and you can elect to stop when it suits you without being faced with a large unexpected account!

Research charges are based on an hourly rate. For records beyond South Australia we engage local accredited researchers throughout the world to undertake the work. We can give no guarantees that our research will provide a positive result, however, you can be assured that our work is thorough and professional. Remember that nil results are also positive findings! Small incidental charges will be billed in addition to research charges. Incidental charges can include photocopying, postage, telephone, parking station fees or any cost associated with the research. Major expenses will be advised before incurred and will need client approval. These usually include the purchase of documents and certificates, translations, bank charges for international drafts, long distance travel and overnight accommodation.
